You have the right to cancel within seven days from the day after you receive your order. You need to tell us this by writing, either addressed to us at: Unit 2/2, 5 Kelvindale Gardens, Glasgow, G20 8DW, United Kingdom; or via email: returns@reride.co.uk.

Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.

All goods that are returned for a refund or an exchange must be received to the above address within 14 days of receipt of the original order. The items must be in a new condition, unused and with all the original packaging undamaged. We are not responsible for goods lost when shipping back to us and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for this purpose.

For exchanges, the new item will be sent at our normal postage cost, payable by the customer.
