Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Purchasing Terms and Conditions
The following terms of sale apply to all products supplied by ReRide. No contract will exist between you and ReRide for a sale until ReRide has received and accepted your order and has received payment in full, after the funds have cleared. Once this has occurred, there is a binding legal contract between us.
Acceptance of you offer to buy goods by ReRide will occur only after payment has been taken.
ReRide may change these terms of sale without notice.
The description and price of any goods you order will be as shown on ReRide's website at the time you place the order.
All goods are subject to availability. If any goods are not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and you will be refunded unless an alternative product is agreed.
There is usually a delivery charge that you are required to pay in addition to the price of the goods.
Payment for goods and delivery can be made by any method shown on ReRide's website when your order is placed. Delivery will not take place until payment is received and the funds have cleared.
The goods you order will be sent to the address you specified when the order was placed. We ship only to the United Kingdom & other European countries. Postal charges are extra for items to be delivered outside of the UK.
ReRide will not be liable for any loss or damage you have suffered through unavoidable or reasonable delay in delivery. You will be informed of any delays.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods will not be passed onto you until ReRide has received full the payment due, in cleared funds.
Goods supplied by ReRide are subject to 12 months warranty, unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. It does not apply to: wear and tear; accidental or deliberate damage; use other than that intended by the manufacturer; or any unproved alteration or repair.
ReRide takes all precautions to ensure details of you, your order and your payment remain secure, but unless ReRide is negligent, ReRide will not be liable for unauthorised access to any data provided by you to us.
The Terms and Conditions below apply only to sales where the trade-in option is used.
Binding Agreement: By participating in this Trade-In Program YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS (explained below) and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the ReRide Web Site. It is your responsibility, prior to participating in this Trade-In Program, to read these Terms & Conditions carefully to understand your rights and obligations. If you are dissatisfied with the Trade-In Service, its content, or these Terms & Conditions, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the ReRide Web Site.
Changes: ReRide reserves the right to make changes to the Trade-In Service and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Each time you wish to participate in the Trade-In Program, you should review the then-current Terms & Conditions.
Rights and Obligations Regarding the Trade-In Service: You agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership and Authority to Trade. You warrant and represent that you are the sole and rightful owner of the item bearing the specifications and model name or number which you have provided (the "Item"). You further warrant and represent that you have full authority to sell or otherwise dispose of the Item (or such authority was rightfully granted to you by the rightful owner).
2. Accuracy of Information. You agree that all information you provide about the Items for trade-in as well as information you have or will provide about yourself is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Limitations and Final Determinations. You acknowledge and agree that ReRide may reject or limit the quantity of Items to be traded in under the Trade-In Program. You agree that all determinations of ReRide with respect to trade-in and credit value assigned to the Item after its inspection will be accepted as final and are not negotiable.
4. Working Order Upon Arrival. You agree that you are providing the Item to ReRide in working order, and you shall be solely responsible for the arrival condition of the Item at ReRide's facilities. It is important that you carefully package the Item to ensure that the Item is delivered to ReRide without damage as those damages are your responsibility.
5. Prompt Shipment. You agree to ship the Item to the address provided within 14 days of accepting the estimate. If the Item is not received within 14 days of the date on which the estimate was provide to you, then ReRide has the right to revise or withdraw the estimate for the trade-in or credit value of the Item.
6. Costs of Packaging and Shipment ReRide will provide you with packaging in order to send The Item to ReRide's facilities. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with the shipping of the Item to ReRide, and, if applicable, the shipping and handling costs to return the Item to you.
7. Loss or Damage to the Item and Its Contents. You agree that ReRide will not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damage to the Item.
8. Transfer of Ownership. Upon receipt and acceptance of the Item by ReRide, you hereby agree to transfer all right to and title in the Item to ReRide, in exchange for the trade-in or credit value quoted to you.
9. Final Transaction; No Rescission. You acknowledge and agree that the trade-in transaction is final and cannot be rescinded after your Item is received by ReRide, unless ReRide contacts you to provide notification that your description of the Item was inconsistent with ReRide's evaluation of your Item.
10. Items Inconsistent with Provided Description: If ReRide provides notification that your description of the item was inconsistent with ReRide's evaluation of your item, you will be provided with an updated quote of trade-in or credit value. You may elect to either trade your item in exchange for the updated trade-in, or; you may elect for the item to be returned to you upon payment of return shipping costs. In order to have the item returned to you at your own expense, you must promptly respond to our email within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this time period, we will presume that the updated trade-in value option is elected, and the item will processed using for the updated value.
11. Release of Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release ReRide from and against any liability arising out of or related to the shipment of the Item, the evaluation and assessment of the Item (and the corresponding trade-in valuation) made by ReRide, and the non-availability of the Item after it has been accepted by ReRide.
